On November 1, 2016 the Emma Bowen Community Service Center (a.k.a. the Upper Manhattan Health Center, Inc.) hosted the 2016 Humanitarian Awards. It was an evening of jazz, food, and celebration of the humanitarian contributions in our community. Thank you to all we came out to celebrate with us!
