Tom Haggerty
Executive Director
Tom Haggerty brings nearly 30 years of management experience in both private and nonprofit entities to bear on his work as Executive Director for the Emma L. Bowen Community Service Center. Most recently, Mr. Haggerty served as Chief Operating Officer in the medical imaging and consulting sectors as well as in health care education and training. He also brings a wealth of experience from management positions with Wilfred American Education Corp, McMillan Corporation and The Ogden Corporation, and serves on the boards of the Harlem Arts Festival, Image Impact International, ACE Charter School, and more. A graduate of the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and veteran of the U.S. Army, he brings a systematic approach to capacity building at the Emma L. Bowen Center that encourages excellence in his staff, providing each division with the support needed to deliver unparalleled care.
