Dr. Aggarwal is a seasoned healthcare compliance leader who serves as Chief Compliance Officer at the Emma L. Bowen Community Service Center. He is dedicated to advancing adherence to state and federal regulatory requirements through the design, implementation, and oversight of an effective, organization-wide compliance program.
Dr. Aggarwal brings a rare and comprehensive interdisciplinary background that integrates clinical medicine, law, and healthcare administration. He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Diagnostic Radiology, a Juris Doctor (JD), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Administration. In addition, he is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has earned a Graduate Certificate in Compliance and Ethics from the University of North Georgia.
He is currently completing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Dispute Resolution at the University of Missouri–Columbia, further strengthening his expertise in alternative dispute resolution and conflict management—critical competencies in healthcare compliance, risk mitigation, and organizational process improvement.
