Stefanny Andujar, LCSW
Director of School Based Mental Health Program
Stefanny Andujar is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in leadership, program management, and direct service. Stefanny has a proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven systems; she has coordinated an SEL system among a network of 800+ school staff and allocated grant funds to assist 400+ families experiencing homelessness in schools.
Previously, Stefanny managed a team of 12 social workers, improving professional development and ensuring the delivery of impactful student interventions. She has spearheaded initiatives like bullying prevention policies, DEI speaker series, and trauma-informed workshops for school staff. A graduate of Columbia University and Boston College, Stefanny brings a passion for equity, strategic planning, and community engagement to all her work. Since July 2024, she has served as the Director of the School-Based Program, where she oversees initiatives that support students, families, and staff across multiple schools.
