As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Juris Doctor, she brings a uniquely holistic perspective to healthcare compliance, ensuring that regulatory frameworks support, rather than hinder, exceptional patient care.
Rhona has dedicated her career to the behavioral health field since 2008. She began her journey on the front lines as an Intake Specialist, gaining critical, ground-level insight into client needs and foundational data collection. Demonstrating a strong aptitude for systemic efficiency, workflow administration, and secure data infrastructure, she advanced through consecutive leadership positions, ultimately serving as a Systems Administrator. In that role, she mastered technical architecture, EHR access log auditing, and user permission logic essential to modern healthcare compliance. Beyond her administrative background, she is a dedicated practitioner who has served as a psychotherapist and group facilitator across New York.
