Lilibeth Marchena
Director of Rainbow Clubhouse
Lilibeth Marchena is a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) with more than a decade of experience in behavioral health, human services, healthcare administration, and nonprofit settings. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness and adults living with serious mental health conditions. Her professional approach is grounded in person-centered, strengths-based, and recovery-oriented practices.
Prior to becoming Director of Rainbow Clubhouse, Lilibeth held roles across healthcare and community-based settings, gaining experience in program operations, service coordination, leadership, and supporting individuals with complex needs. Her work in homeless outreach further shaped her commitment to addressing the social and systemic barriers that can affect recovery, stability, and quality of life.
Lilibeth further advanced her expertise in psychiatric rehabilitation through the New York Psychiatric Rehabilitation Training Academy (NYPRA) and earned the Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) credential.
In her role at the Emma L. Bowen Community Service Center, Lilibeth oversees the operations and continued development of Rainbow Clubhouse. Under her leadership, the Clubhouse achieved a three-year accreditation from Clubhouse International, affirming its commitment to internationally recognized standards of psychosocial rehabilitation. Her leadership and work with Rainbow Clubhouse have also received statewide recognition, with City & State New York naming her a Latino Trailblazer in both 2025 and 2026. Lilibeth remains committed to creating opportunities that empower individuals to recognize their strengths, pursue meaningful goals, and lead fulfilling lives within their communities.
