Lilibeth Marchena has worked in the non-profit sector for over ten years, providing supportive services to vulnerable populations including the homeless and mentally ill. Ms. Marchena continued this professional direction as an Executive Support Specialist at the Emma L Bowen Community Service Center.
Ms. Marchena has consistently displayed a passion for assisting individuals in need through a person-centered, strength-based approach.
In September 2023, Ms. Marchena became the Director of the Rainbow Clubhouse where she passionately assists Clubhouse members with her consistently strength-based, person-centered approach.
