Dr. Eberly, DO, MBA, MMS, serves as a Psychiatric Consultant to the Emma L. Bowen Community Service Center, supporting the organization’s child and adult outpatient behavioral health programs, therapeutic preschool, and substance use recovery services.
A board-certified psychiatrist, entrepreneur, and healthcare executive, Dr. Eberly brings more than 15 years of experience in community mental health, collaborative care, and telepsychiatry. She previously co-founded and served as Chief Medical Officer of InnovaTel Telepsychiatry, helping grow the organization into a national leader providing psychiatric services across 35 states.
Dr. Eberly is passionate about expanding access to behavioral health care, particularly for underserved and vulnerable populations, and has held leadership and consulting roles with numerous nonprofit and community-based mental health organizations across the country.
