Claribel Rodriguez, MSW
Director of Adult and Children’s Care Management
Claribel Rodriguez graduated Lehman College with a master’s degree in social work with a concentration in Generalist Practice. She has been working in the social service field for over 15 years, initially in Foster Care, transitioned to Residential, After Care, Preventative, and now Care Management for both Adult and Children Health Home (CHH), where she collaborated with the Children’s HH to develop a Children’s Health Home Care Management Agency (CHH/CMA).
As Program Director of the Bowen Center’s Care Management department, Ms. Rodriguez is focused on developing and growing both programs to provide all around care to children, families, and individuals who are chronically ill.
