Director, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC)
Ana Rodgers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified School Social Worker with more than 15 years of direct clinical experience across community-based mental health services, school-based crisis intervention, and substance use treatment with incarcerated individuals. Her professional expertise centers on trauma-responsive, resilience-based care within integrated health settings.
Ana received specialized trauma training through the Fordham University MSW program and has consistently applied this framework to both client care and program administration. Throughout her career, she has provided clinical oversight and consultation for state and nationwide initiatives focused on multidisciplinary and integrated behavioral health care in pediatric practices, correctional facilities, and school settings.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Ana serves as a consultant providing expert witness evaluations for legal defense cases in Westchester County and is an active member of the National Association of Forensic Social Workers.
In her role at the Emma L. Bowen Community Service Center, Ana oversees the implementation and ongoing operations of the agency’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) designation. She remains deeply committed to advancing high-quality, integrated, and holistic care across the lifespan. What she values most in her work is the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and build effective multidisciplinary workflows that strengthen services across the agency.
