Elder Care
As an extension of the Adult Behavioral Health Clinic, we provide specialized care for older adults and seniors through a thoughtful and responsive approach that addresses the complex relationship between aging, mental health, and chronic medical conditions. Services are designed to meet the unique needs of aging individuals while remaining fully integrated within the clinic’s broader continuum of care.
Staff work closely with older adults and their families to address depression, anxiety, cognitive changes, grief and loss, social isolation, and the emotional effects of physical illness. Clinicians also support families by mediating conflicts and helping clients identify and reduce environmental and social stressors that may affect stability, independence, and overall well being.
Consistent with the Adult Behavioral Health Clinic’s commitment to integrated, person centered treatment, this service welcomes individuals with co occurring disorders and provides coordinated care throughout each stage of treatment. By delivering essential behavioral health services within a single, compassionate, and coordinated setting, the clinic promotes continuity in therapeutic relationships, reduces the risk of hospitalization, and supports older adults in maintaining dignity, connection, and quality of life as they age.
Treatment services available Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday’s 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
