Dr. Dilice Robertson

Chief Intergrated Care Officer

Dr. Robertson is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Chief Integrated Care Officer at Bowen Community Service Center, where she leads efforts to strengthen integrated, equitable care across behavioral health and community-based services. Her work focuses on improving access, coordination, and outcomes for the communities Bowen serves.

With 18 years of nursing experience, Dr. Robertson brings expertise across inpatient, outpatient, residential, substance use, correctional, and skilled nursing settings. She has worked with individuals across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to older adults, and brings additional experience in nursing academia and leadership in school-based mental health initiatives.

Dr. Robertson holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Fairfield University. A Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN), she is a globally recognized nursing leader committed to advancing integrated care, addressing social determinants of health, and improving mental health outcomes across populations. She also contributes to innovation in wellness through authorship and digital health development, supporting                                                                                        prevention and population health.
