Director of Special Projects

Mr. James Little has served in the behavior service and substance abuse fields for 40 years. He began his career as a community organizer and teacher in the late 1960s and became an assistant director of an outpatient substance abuse program in the 1970s. For thirty years, beginning in 1980, he served as Executive Director and CEO of Veritas, Inc., a family-focused residential and outpatient substance abuse program. Mr. Little studied history at The College of William and Mary and management at the Columbia Business School. He joined Emma L. Bowen Community Service Center in 2010 and is a member of the Administrative Cabinet of the Executive Director.
